Welcome Pistol Pete to our Exclusive group of Sponsors!!!

Post by Whiskerfish »

I am very pleased to announce that Pete Boody aka Pistol Pete and his crew are the newest Sponsors of NGWCLUB action1 action1 action1 action1 action1

Pete as many of you know has been working on old Goldwings just about forever. His knowledge and reputation have been earned with over 500 sets of carbs rebuilt now. I think it is completely safe to say that since our bikes left the Factory Pete and Chris aka "Moose" have worked on more NGWCLUB members bikes than anyone else in the world!!!

That is quite an accomplishment and makes me wonder how many of those bikes would have been parked permanently had it not been for their service???

And if you are looking to have your carbs done don't forget about the little quote below!!
Please ask us about our discount program for Naked Goldwing members,
Also if you are into brain teasers make sure to visit the puzzle page, http://www.oldwings.com/13.html a couple of things there made me scratch my head for a minute!!

The Main page is here http://www.oldwings.com/ and has all the details and contact info needed to access any of the services offered by "Pistol Pete's GL1000 Goldwing Services".

Pete did the carbs on my 76. Top notch work. Don't be afraid to send your carbs to him, you won't be disappointed.

Welcome Pete and Moose! I sent them my carbs off my gl1100.....Moose called and said "was this thing actually running?" They had previously been "professionally" rebuilt by a shop for the previous owner. When I bought it the receipt was in still in the tool box, 275.00! I pulled them and took one look and thought these things are hopeless. I think the other shop just pulled em took em apart and put back together with new gaskets because everthing was frozen up and stuck. The previous owner had been told it needed a valve job and just decided to auction it off (receipt said "needs a valve job") After I got the carbs back from Pete's it was like bolting a new engine in! Simply fantastic work! A friend of mine who owns a bike shop asked about the carbs on the bike after I told him about the "professional" rebuild job....I thought he might get his feelings hurt but I also new he was three months behind at his shop....when I told him I sent them to Pete's he said "that's money well spent, they'll be perfect when you get them back" When your competition endorses you that say's something! Fast, fantastic work!
