I never get tired of reading about (and seeing) these road stories. This was an epic one. The only thing better is being the one doing the telling...

Nice ride Brant, Route 12 through Lolo and Washington is one of my favorite rides in the country, I've done it twice now and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Oh, and here are a couple of your shots that reflect a level of comfort on a cycle trip that pretty much only a trailer dragger could enjoy!

I just went back through your post a second time.

Route 12 is beautiful, mostly. Bear tooth Pass is amazing. I do get some extras comforts from pulling my trailer. I packed a tent big enough to accommodate a cot. A self inflating pad on the cot and it was also like sleeping at home. Also. We did a lot of KOA cabins this trip. Not bad, fairly comfy. Got to adjust to the dormitory style of things.

Montana and Wyoming were amazing, just unrolling in front of you. Truly breath taking views at times. Yellowstone was stunning.

To paraphrase the Dead "What a long strange trip it's been !" Another epic journey through time and space with great friends and unbelievable scenery . How could you forget Rainier Brant ? Beautiful ! Going over Beartooth pass with clouds rolling over the road , switchbacks galore , and too much to look at all at the same time ! Intense ! What a ride .
Spent the day with my brother , was well worth the trip to see him , sorry i didn't get to see SunBobb .
