False tank fit? Looks good.
Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.

Well performance wise, I'm not sure yet. At this point it runs and idles well. There's good response from the mixture screw, which is a good sign.
I've got a 2 into 1 throttle cable system that I have to make mounts for and install. Road test is probably 5 to 6 weeks away, but there's always some tweaking to be done.
I don't expect that you can take 2 1959 Rambler carbs, slap them on an 1100 cc engine and have the thing go like a rocket. I'm mostly looking for reliability and drive-ability. As for the false tank, at this point it will have to be notched a little. If I remove the choke units, it won't....will see. Paris is in the plans as of now. Gord do you have another Wing?
Cheers...

Well the weather was nice enough here today to a take a test ride. All went well, considering the air is quite cool and there is no
manifold warming at all. Only put 4 miles on her, will keep you updated as the weather improves. The last picture has a Bulldog decal...
Yeah or Nah to the decal?
Cheers...

hubba hubba that looks right on tumb2
I think you'll be surprised how well it works.

Bulldog ? Doesn't need it. It stands on it's own. IMHO

Looks good. Looking forward to another report. Did you end up using a one-into-two cable? Or cable to one side and a second from there?

Really nice motorcycle! I do agree with Hott, though. That build is sharp enough that it didn't need the bulldog.

Thanks guys, used a 1 into 2 cable, reworked and well lubed. I synced the carbs at idle and then synced them at slight opened throttle. This was done by cable adjustment. I also put a balance pipe between both intakes just to play it safe. Didn't realize during build that my left knee rest slightly on the air filter...
Should make it to Paris.....don't care for the Bulldog too much myself.
More testing is still needed, keep you posted.
Cheers...
