Yes I do. As a matter of fact the owner sent me an email about three years ago and included some pictures of the unit in boxes.
If anyone would like to see some of them I will post a few.

Here are three pictures of 02 that were sent to me in 2011 plus one from the service manual.
The serial number of the engine has been (what appears to be) hand stamped into the case.
At first I thought that the normal boss was ground off and replaced by this hand stamping of 002
But the picture taken from the 75 Service manual shows what I believe to be a hand stamping of serial 0010.
Notice in the manual picture that the plenum is black. Plus the operating rod is a very early type.
Another noteworthy issue is all subsequent units after 011 the engine serial numbers were machine stamped onto the rectangular raised boss.

I saw that bike on several occasions when I lived in Coeur d Alene, not a perfect bike but pretty close. Had a very nice chat with him at a couple bike events.
