CAUTION #5

This may have been discussed before, but in several cases of carb sets that have come to us - we have found that a bolt boss portion of the intake has been cracked.
I actually had this happen to me once before. The cause was an intake o-ring that was to big in cross section. When I tightened the two flange bolts, the stress caused by the over sized o-ring snapped the flange casting.
