I am not a CX500 expert, but ended up with a CX500 Turbo. I don’t know if the silver wing or any of the other CX500 had disc rear brake, but I am in dire need of a rear master cylinder. I’m late to the party, and it may not even exist, but thought I’d ask.

Re: Cheap parts (mostly SilverWing, some GoldWing)
I should clarify this: The parts I have are in the pics in post #26-29 of this thread. Please read the captions for the pics carefully as I have tried to describe them carefully.

There are only 2 gauges left, both speedometers in Km and both from GL500s (they should work on any Honda with mechanical speedo). The odometer readings are in the caption with the pic. The odometers both went before I took the second set of pics.
I have always been "willing to ship" and most of the parts that have already gone went to the US. I recommend contacting me by PM instead of posting your address on the open forum where anyone with a browser can find it (It might be a good idea to edit that out of your post above).
I have received your PM and will wait for Gord to contact me. He knows where I live and I would happily give him any of these parts for himself, you or anyone else.

Re: Cheap parts (mostly SilverWing, some GoldWing)
Sorry, the GL500 has drum rear brake (in fact, there's a brake plate in one of the pics). I don't know off hand if there are discs from any other models that will fit your Turbo; I'd recommend joining cx500forum.com and asking in the Turbo section (where people who know that kind of information are to be found).desertrefugee wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 11:17 pm I am not a CX500 expert, but ended up with a CX500 Turbo. Yeah, I know. It’s currently second in line and not really urgent, and I just happened to see your thread. But I will go over there and ask around. Thanks Bob.
