Re: Clutch Centre Nut Removal
The spirals go anti clockwise as you look at the clutch. Would that be with the plates installed in the engine?
1976 sorta stock GL 1000. 1997 VZ800 definitely not stock Suzuki Marauder. Ride em like you stole em!

Re: Clutch Centre Nut Removal
If you can find it Honda had a tool that did the clutch and neck bearing area.

Re: Clutch Centre Nut Removal
Ended up buying the tool/socket from motion pro
Part no:158015
MP part no:08-0015
10 bucks
2023 update, it is also available on Amazon now for $14 shipped. Promotion still stocks it as well but more cost if you include shipping. It is tight and fights you (it is once again a normal right hand thread) then an air impact gun will make the job easierEdit by Fred Camper March 3, 2023.

Re: Clutch Centre Nut Removal
I ended up taking a socket that was about the same OD as the center nut and welding square keyway stock prongs onto it. Total investment: a junk socket and some scrap. It works pretty well!
