We have a lot of heavy machinery repaired by a couple of mechanics--real mechanics, the kind that if the part isn't available they will make one on the mill or adapt one from something else.
Anyway, they have helped me a few times with motorcycle issues and their simple solution to removing stuck races, especially in blind recesses like the swing arm, is to weld a bead on the inside of the race where the bearing would sit. This causes the metal to shrink and the race will simply fall out.
