OK. Instructions changed to reflect that. (Why didn't I think of doing it that way in the first place?)

I have a book with all the GL1200 drawings in colour.
The schematics seem to have the same style as those already present.
The schematics are in the book for the following:
1984 GL1200 Standard
1984 GL1200 Interstate
1984 GL1200 Aspencade
1985-1986 GL1200 Interstate
1985 GL1200 Aspencade
1985 GL1200 Limited Edition
1986 GL1200 Aspencade and SEi

I am going to have a go at scanning the pages and assembling them.
The later models run in to 5 pages, how do I manage this.

What I did with the 2 page ones (including the GL1200 standard) was:
- open each page in my graphics software
- correct the gamma, background white &c
- enlarge the image field of one (my software calls it canvas size) to a bit taller and more than twice the original width with the blank space where the other part needs to be
- copy the other part into the blank space and carefully line it up
- go over the whole image and remove fingerprints, dirt &c (some of them were scanned from manuals that had been used a lot)
- make sure all of the text was legible and the title was at the top
- crop the excess blank space and resize to 2048 x 1536 pixels (this was based on the sizes of the original images I had - you may wish to choose a different size for ones that are more than 2 pages).

Each one took well over an hour to process.

Since I posted them here they have appeared all over the web with no credit to NGW as the source. If I was doing it now I would make sure they were watermarked like the Honda Wire Color Codes list is.

And speaking of the color code list, it would probably be appropriate to have it in this thread

I have some of the diagrams scanned now I guessed at using Jpeg.
I am going to send you the 1200 Standard as it is the simplest having only 2 pages. The LTD - SEi has 5!
I am a numpty when it comes to processing images, so I was hoping that you could assemble them.
You would then have the opportunity to watermark them if you wish.
Please have a look and see if the quality is good enough.

OK. I am going to have rotator cuff surgery in 2 weeks so I will have plenty of time to mess around with stuff like that while I am recouperating :)

Here are links to my dropbox for the images.
They are too big to attach.

Got them. Putting those together will feel almost like cheating - no dirt spots or fingerprints to remove and the colours on both halves match ;) Feel free to send (or host) the rest of what you have.

They're available (not online AFAIK), but it's a lot of pages to scan in for every year/model.

That's where the other ones came from. Scans of the individual pages were floating around the web for years until I got fed up with having to jump across the gap when tracing stuff on the one for my bike so I joined them together and then I decided to do the rest while I was at it. They only took about an hour each.

Liam has sent me the Clymer GL1200 standard and once I get to that he has more to send. I am in physio now and typing &c isn't as uncomfortable as it was so I hope to get to that in the next few days.

Liam posted links to the scans a couple of years ago. I downloaded them and was supposed to combine them into one image but I keep forgetting when I have the time to work on it....
