howdy from northern Illinois

got myself an 82' Goldwing interstate, bought it non running out of some dudes garage a weeks worth of tinkering and now it starts up like new, just started tearing down the chrome and fairing and trying to build it right, I'm new to Goldwings but always loved the style

Welcome from south- central Wisconsin. These bikes can be a lot of fun "tinkering' with, lol! If you haven't already, I would suggest changing the timing belts. Cheap insurance to prevent costly engine damage, especially if the bike has been sitting for a long period of time...

I am in east Michigan so not so very far. My bikes are older but let us know when you need help.
