Valve lash
Does the recommended (by the forum) .006 valve lash for intake & exhaust apply for the 78/9 Gl1000 too?

3-Spec cylinder compression <<<< that lash clearance increase recommendation is found in Topic's third paragraph
viewtopic.php?t=63468&start=15 <<<< post#16 gives Nixon's reasons why the additional 0.002" lash clearance increase is beneficial.
Perform a cold engine cylinder compression test at 0.004" lash clearance, first.
Then reset the valves at 0.006" and perform a cold engine cylinder compression test, again. Surprised
