I certainly agree with the above posts, well deserved BOTM Rick. A great unique look that you will not see going the other way down the road. Nice design work.

I like the way you put that Fred. Thanx
Really. I love this site, and there is always something cool going on. Thanks for the 'Atta boys', many times it's the encouragement that makes the details happen. Took her to a local burger joint tonight where the 'Road Missiles' hang out and just parked it. Ahhh very satisfying.

When the BOTM photo came up on my screen, I said "WHOAAA!! What a beautiful machine!!". I am floored by it!
I had to go back and read every single post on all 9 pages(so far)! Last time I made a comment on this topic was back in Nov. and I had lost track of your project. Painted frame was the last I'd seen of it. Don't ask me where I've been, as I can't remember what I did yesterday. Damn fine work, something that is pure artistic and functional both. I know that everytime you take it out you have to allow for extra time to fend off the gawkers and answer the questions and allow admirers time to compliment you.
What else can I say, but "Congratulations on a well deserved BOTM Award". It was worth all the work wasn't it!?

What I think makes it most impressive is all the GL stuff still on it. That bike would make the Honda GL1000 designers proud as you reused and modified the very parts they integrated into the showroom machine.
