Good that they employ so many people.ericheath wrote:The office is in CA, the testing facility is MT, and they are shipped from NV.

Re: I really need to know how to test a Dyna ignition right
After emailing back & forth a few times, mailing the defective unit back to Dynatek and then emailing back & forth a bunch more times they decided to stretch the warranty a bit and send me a free replacement. It arrived last Friday but the 'Wing is put to bed for the winter so it will have to wait until spring to be installed.
I should say almost free: Even though the paperwork clearly shows that it is a warranty replacement and no money changed hands, I had to pay the FedEx driver $14.69 - $3.39 for tax plus $10 for the ROD fee and another $1.30 for tax on that fee.
There is just something wrong with paying tax on the fee for collecting the tax.

Yup but I'd consider myself lucky that they didn't add a tax to the fee they taxed for collecting the tax.Sidecar Bob wrote:There is just something wrong with paying tax on the fee for collecting the tax.
Wait! What? I've confused myself now.
I sincerely hope the new Dyna doesn't have any problems cuz if it did, I'd go back to points.
