And now... how can i remove the bearing races without the original Honda tools that i see in the Shop Manual?

If you have an arc welder, you can make a couple of quick welds on the race and it will fall right out (so I'm told). I made a tool of of threaded rod and heavy washers that allowed me to catch the inside edge of the race from the back and pound it out of the frame. Crude, but works. The race on the triple tree can be cut off with a small grinder or dremel tool.

The lower race does have a little ridge to gain a purchase on with a long punch. I used a tire iron on one and a long punch on another. The ridge is small but enough. Tap, move, tap, move.
