the muffler looking good. I hope they sonds great.

But here in Germany you need a certificate or a official number from the European Union to use this mufflers on the road. So I have to use the orignal mufflers from Honda.

Welp, after a few trials and not getting anywhere I have decided to post-pone the compartment on the rear of the seat. It was a pain in the butt and I'm over it! Haha.

Using the current fiber glass seat to match up the whole to secure it into place and have the ability to secure the leather seat down as well.
Overall, I think the seat could have been a bit lower, but I'm actually happy with the lines! Paint should be coming soon!

Looking good. I don't know what you're planning for finishing the seat front mounts but a small black leather skirt could be useful in hiding the fixing bolts while still leaving them easily accessible. It's all about fooling the eye which, in this case will be drawn to the gorgeous shade of green paint and overall lines of the bike.

Not a bad idea at all! I was thinking of just getting the bolts that were black on the top. The rounded top makes it pretty smooth.

Added some "stoppers" to the lower triple. Thus was actually my THIRD lower and I finally got it right! But man! It was stressful. The lower will go in for powder coating and then the front end will be DONE.

Good idea putting the nut on there, I didn’t even think of that. I had to build mine twice before they actually stopped anything from hitting the tank

How's your turning radius on it now? It doesn't seem to have as much of as much as the original forks and what not...

Oh it’s definitely less, I’d say about 2/3rds of what it had originally. The only time I really notice it is if I’m doing a sharp uturn and when I’m pushing / maneuvering it. On the road you’d never know.

Back at it with some fresh paint! All I have left is to clear coat which will definitely take the most time BUT the prep work was done, everything sanded down, primer paint, a few layers of British Racing Green Metallic, 2 layers Black Stripes, then finished it off with the yellow stripes. I REALLY like the thinner black lines to outline the main one. It is a subtle detail that will only be seen once you are close to it! Ive been letting them sit and cure for 3 days now, have to clean them off a bit and it'll be time to clear coat!
Painted Items: Newly made Fiberglass Seat, Side cover, Rear Fender, New Front Fender.

Really like the colors. Reminds me of the 97 Harley Road King I owned back in the day it was Mystique green and black. Was thinking of something similar for my 78 Gl1000. Strangely enough it had orange and gray pinstripes separating the green and black. looked sharp IMHO. Anyway just a note to say that your bike is going to look great when assembled, good job.

Color combo looks lovely. Can’t wait to see the clear go on, it’s gonna pop and be so understated and cool!
