I sent a message, he has a pretty good disclaimer so I wouldn't be surprised to be told to go pound sand. We'll see. I now think they might be for an 80 900 custom.
Edit, I didn't want to wait, should have checked this guys stuff out better the first time. Bought these a few minutes ago. 30mm calipers, I already have the 32's.

He quoted me the VIN which is greek to me. I noticed this happened to a guy in another thread, I think they're correct for an 80 900c. I'm wondering if Honda did a running change into early 81. Anyway he said I may return them so Monday off they go. I already bought a set of 30mm calipers and brackets from the same guy that had the 32mm calipers. I'll watch his store for cheap brackets for another set for a 78 750F.

The brackets came, I got brackets for an 85 VT1100 sabre and calipers for an 85 VF1100 V65 magna. I opted to use a grease gun to eject the last sticky piston. It worked great but the brake bleeder is stuck on the grease gun nipple. It appears I have a permanent adapter. It's a little messy, but worked great. The pistons have no pits and the grooves are pretty clean. The pads are EBC and recent so I'm assuming they've been serviced at some point since new. Next up, test fit on the fork legs. I have confidence this will be awesome so I'm proceeding as if they fit. L0L!

I also posted in the twin piston thread, the fender brace hits the bottom of the caliper. I think I'll make brackets to lower the brace's fork leg mount point. Custom parts never fit easily.
