I am so over the recliner and TV. The bike has been under cover since August, I haven't even been out to start it up. It's on battery tender, full tank with Marine Stabil. I'll need to change oil, brake fluid, pumpkin juice, etc. before the season. I should be able to get out to the Shop in Feb. or March to prep her for riding and hopefully I'll be able to ride to Florida in May.

Probably need to do a starter rebuild too.

I've been off for three months. Somehow I contracted fungal, staff and MRSA infections. Had an open wound on my thigh that measured 22cm x 14cm (back of knee up to nearly my groin). Hospital for 19 days and recovery since then. Wound was measured today at 15cm x 7.8cm.

Still employed by Roehl and now on disability pay.

Hope your Healthcare Team is aware of their deadline ..... gotta be ready for late April in Florida !!

Seriously, such woundcare gives a whole new meaning to the word 'Patients'.

Hi ready, just read your Jan 15 post,
I'm going in for a new hip February 27 and don't want an infection like you got.
Back of your leg, that's tough for sure, uncomfortable to say the least.
Hope your plan to get your bike recommisioned and ready for trip goes well.
Another season coming up.

Hey Steve. Drove through your neck of the woods today. Had people on board so the best I could do was wave as I passed the exit. Went to the college campus in Champaign, pretty close to Kraft.
