So you two going to make it? Will be nice to meet you folk. I know I have only been on here a few months but it is like a family on here.

So far so good on the seal. I cut what looks like a "button hook" shape out of a plastic oil bottle and ran it around the seal a few times. So far it has stopped weeping.

The plan is pretty simple. Meet up at washington Park on Weds. I will probably be there around 11:00 am to set up the shelter and such, then go get my bike and return. It will not be hard to find the group campsite with the Big NGW banner hanging on the tent shelter.... my number is Three sixx zero 421-4664

OK, Jimmyz, Hamster and I scouted the island tour today. A GREAT ride. So here are the overall plans for the meet.

Weds
meetup at Washington Park Group Campsite, located in Anacortes, WA I plan on being there around 11 AM.
If folks want, JimmyZ will take them up to Decption Pass for a beautiful view.

6:30 PM Dinner served at the campsite
7:15 PM Opening Ceremonies

Thursday 150 miles round trip
8:30 AM head out to Big Rock Breakfast at Big Rock Bar and Grill
10:30 kickstands up and head to Mt Baker via Hiway 9 and Baker Hiway
12:45 Summit
1:15 Head back down mountain, through backside of Bellingham and south on Chucknet Drive
2:45 Stop at Longhorn Saloon, popular Bike destination for beverages and break
Return to Campsite. Dinner on your own, either campsite or many restaurants in Anacortes

Friday 50 miles of riding 4 hours of sailing.
Load Gear in Van for transport to next campsite on Lopez Island
6AM Kick stand up, ride .5 mile to ferry
6:30 AM Board Ferry to Friday Harbor ($25)
7:30 Arrive Friday Harbor ride 15 miles to Roche Harbor for breakfast at 8:15
9:30 Kickstands up ride to British Camp Historical site for brief visit
10:15 Arrive American Camp
10:45 Leave American Camp ride to Ferry
11:35 Board Ferry to Orcas Island (Free)
12:25 Arrive Orcas Island, ride to East Sound. Lunch at Lower Tavern
Ride to top of Mount Constitution for a view of the entire San Juan Islands.
3:05 Board ferry for Lopez Island
3:40 Arrive lopez, ride to campsite Odlin Park
Free tours of shellfish farm to those that are interested.
6:00 PM Dinner served at Campsite featuring NW best Seafood.

Saturday
Depart at will

Notes:
No charge for campsites, or dinners on weds and friday nights.
Ferry fee is $25 for all day pass.
Barbeques, shelters and such will be provided. Showers at Washington Park Campground.
Lots will be drawn for clean up duty!
