As an update to this we have filed for a trademark on this image. The application has been accepted by the Govt office and is in process. The type of "Mark" is a "Membership Mark" I am told that may take a year or longer but from this point on this image is considered protected. So anyone in the future working any projects with this image will need permission from NGW.

The same applies to the Banner at the top of the page and the word "NGWCLUB"
