Clutch Cover Gasket

Hello again,

Does anyone have a new, preferably a Honda OEM clutch cover gasket (11393-371-000), or know where I can find one without having to sell my house. I'm up here in "The Great White North", and I've been all over ebay, and they're pretty pricey with the shipping and all. I can order one from my Honda parts dealer for just over $10, but he says they're on back order until May 22nd or even after that. I'm not sure if he'll even be able to get one. Pretty well all the parts dealers I've been checking out on-line, say they're no longer available. I'm doing the stator on my '78 GL, and I'd like to get at it before the end of April, so I can get riding. If I can't get an OEM, I might have to hunt for an aftermarket gasket. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Cheers.........Dave anim-cheers1

I wouldn't say that about some gaskets, but that one is pretty easy. Just make sure to get the right kind and thickness of material

Nope.

Come to think of it...I wonder if not having that gasket there was allowing the cover to press on the clutch arm, and making my clutch slip awhile back...hmm...
