Hey All, starting my build...w00t... This will take some time as I will be learning many skills along the way. (Metal Fab, Fiberglassing, etc) Last week when I bought the GL1200A, between getting her home, off the trailer and onto the center stand; she almost killed me twice. I jokingly named her Christine after the awesome Steven King 1958 Plymouth Fury.

So the bike has been partially disassembled, and I realize I will be better off doing a complete electrical system rebuild:
Upgraded Stator
Ignition Coils
Digital Control Unit ( Like the m.unit by Motogadget)

In keeping with the Christine theme, I would like to incorporate aspects of the 1958 Fury;

I am presently in the disassembly stage and taking my time.
