Not sure how the Neapco joint would work.

The Moog might, although it's a snap ring retained joint and there's no grooves in the U/J to take the rings.
The correct joint is a 1944 like this, intended to be staked. https://www.driveshaftparts.co.uk/index ... ct_id=2292

BUT...... not saying this is what you should buy! You have to be careful in what you are buying because many of the joints of this size are intended for auto steering joints and simply not up to transmitting 80bhp! The best is the one that BMW used in their early bikes, which is priced at around £80 / $110. Some ATVs also use joints of this size.
