what yr front fender will fit a 78 gl1000. differant yrs, differant bikes. thanks all

anything will fit anything else, if you want it bad enough.

As far as a direct bolt on, none off the top of my head...but that can be a scary place

75-77 GL1000 will bolt up but the speedo cable support is on the wrong side. 79 should be a direct fit.

Some of the disc brake swaps have used the cb900c fender but I'm not sure what it took.

front fender off an 1100 will bolt up but the loop for the speedo cable is on the wrong side

It all depends on what look you are going for - obviously not stock. Any fender can be made to fit.
