Got the bags leveled off a bit more. The strap in back is easy to shorten, so the bags are more level now. The strap is certainly easier. I tried to use a central throw over the fender strap, but with the grab bar, blinkers and seat mount bolts a central strap looked more like swiss cheese and did not simply removal.
