Good news is, if the pump was leaking, it was not alone. Majority appears to be the missing gasket to the drain plug. Fixed that yesterday. After a good warm up and little ride it seems to have stopped or greatly reduced.
However the radiator does also have a leak. Hard to pin point as the ride must have spray it back. The drops where coming from the stone shield.

I remember using a variety of tools to reach all of them. Robin is correct, some of them are behind a frame tube and you have to work on an angle. I'm a big fan of my #3 snap on phillips socket head bit. On my little sears battery impact it removed almost every bolt I ever tried it on. Usually the screw comes out and is stuck on the end of the bit. On the ones on an angle I put on whatever screwdriver can fit and smack the end with a small hammer to shock the threads a little and set the tool into the screw head.
