Ok... So first I will post up some of the things I have built for my garage....

My frame jig/ rotisserie. pics taken without the fixtures on it.Was built for a R1 bobber I was going to build

Very nice! That GXSR powered cart is going to be a death trap, lol. I'm hoping to get my welder going this winter and sharpen up my meager skills. Lots of ideas, but short on the execution side ATM...

I bought some carbide tipped hole saws from China last year. They cut surprisingly well. Looks like you would make them pay for themselves quickly. Received them in about a week. Around $10 for 1" hole saw.
Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.
77 WING, 1200 engine with 77 heads, cams, gl1100 foot pegs, Magna V65 front end, 764A carbs, [-gone Suzuki M109 monoshock--, replaced with gl1100 shocks] gl 1200 swing arm, gl1500 final drive, wheel and rear brakes Valkyrie seat, Meanstreak tank, Sportster pipes, Power Arc ignition off crank.

The 32 and 38 mm Cut through 1/4" and 3/8" like butter. Looks like they will stay shap quite a while.
