Rooms have been blocked for August 25-29 under the group GWDOC.
Discounted room rate is $93/night. Each room has two (2) queen sized beds so get a roomie and the cost is cut in half.
It is suggested that you make reservations now as rooms will fill quickly. Rooms will be held till July 25, and then released. It will be first come, first served after that date. Cancellations may be made without penalty if done by August 24, 2021.

Lots of amenities:
Free Wi-Fi, Free breakfast, Plenty of parking for bikes and trailers, Indoor pool (bring your trunks), Air-conditioned rooms.

This location allows us to ride the beautiful mountains in VA, KY, TN and WV.

I just wanted to provide you with an update to let you know that there are several rooms that remain unreserved in our group block.

As per our group block policy, the motel will be releasing those unreserved rooms back into hotel inventory tomorrow (08-16-21). If you plan on attending and have not yet made your reservation, NOW US THE TIME TO DO IT!
