This is just beautiful. Was searching for inspiration having bought a 1981 GL1100 with the wisp of an idea of what I wanted to do.....and then I saw this. Fab job.

Is there a build thread on this Bulldog Bobber? It was and is my inspiration for my build.

There is an entire forum here dedicated to this bike. Should take you about a week to read thru Octane's Corner.

Re: The Artyfarty BulldogBobber Photo-art Exhibition
That is a beauty!... I especially like the exhaust. Did you make them? They inspired me to take on a task. The reason I ask is I bought some Jardines for a 76 GL1000 that a guy cut off. (He left about 8 inches-20cm of the 3 inch exhaust with no baffles). I would like to be able to make these unless there are premade baffles that will fit. I thought of welding 7 steel pipes and plugging 3( ? ) to get enough back pressure. Then have them porcelain coated, wrap them for a snug fit and bolt them with stainless steel bolts from the inside. Do you think this will work? Any input is appreciated.

You can read thru the threads in Octane's forum to get your questions answered. He rarely comes around here these days.
