Everyone can thank me later for snarking about the lack of excessive pics. Situation rectified......(for now)

Lookin' good! Did the owner want the pipes angled up that high? I think it looked better with them down like you had them a page back.

Re: VAINCRE PROJECT BLOG
....but...but...where is the picture of the brake splitter on the fork brace?
Ok, so I'm being ungrateful. Lol.
I think most on the forum will agree that the previous placement of the mufflers was better. Owner trump cards stink lol. I get the image they want though. Just a little to brazen for me.
I -love- this bike. No corners cut. Tons of simple yet beautifully styled custom changes. For the sake of the people (ok, me), a full out list of the interchanged bits and how/why you integrated them.
Love the interceptor master cyls. Low tank profile, nice.
Love the bar mirrors. Legal!
I THINK I like the moved brake splitter, but pics will tell.
We all know about 16 Harley rims...
Purdy shocks...
Fork brace is well known....
The wire seperators?
And what are those mufflers?
(does the girl go w/ the bike?
)

Re: VAINCRE PROJECT BLOG
Very nice. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner changed his mind about the mufflers. Your earlier placement really did flow better ... of course everyone's taste is different. Can you get a good view of the traffic behind you with mirrors that small? I really like the clean look around the handlebar area. I know routing all the wiring through the bars must have been tough, but it sure turned out well. Outstanding work!
Shalom, Marc

Re: VAINCRE PROJECT BLOG
I got a chance to check out Russ's mirror setup (same as this bike) when we went to Deadwood. I was pleasantly surprized.

The connector pipes were made to fit a 03-06 Kawasaki Z1000 and fit perfectly without modification.

That sir, is information that was better left unsaid. What a tragedy.
Well, that's certainly no slight to your build or ability. Best wing ever.

In light of previously unforclosed information coming into the public eye....
I think you should just keep it. Remortgage the house.
Ride that bike.
