Hey Slick,
We are heading to CA next month but will be flying. If you post your route, you could meet up wit some of the membership along the way. We are getting some cool weather here with overnight temps in the 40's. Let me know when you get in town.

I am at work now, and I rode in on the 77 gl1000, I have dressed it with the vetters. I was thinking about doing a 1000 miles this weekend but my buddy tells me there is snow in the mountians so i am going to wait till next weekend.

I dressed the bike for the winter.... I would not ride naked... But with a vetter and the vetter lowers you will be fine... If you dont have one i am sure someone around here would probably give you one...
