Bike and parts are loaded on trailer, going to DMV yet today for title work. Will pick up tube number 3 and we will have a lottery at Al's to see who gets to pinch it lolol lolol lolol lolol

Believe it or not...Called Sill's today...They have the muffler packing IN STOCK for the muffler to header connection!!!! I love my Honda dealer!

SHE'S ALIVE! I am headed back to Toledo while the rest of the team chases some electrical gremlins. She was running and idling well on 2 cylinders! A few tweaks and she will be there!

Lots of work today. It sounds like a defective coil wire was the problem.

No, major water leak, pinch oring under T-stat housing crying1 crying1

Hold put on till next Saturday, new switch has to found, and of course the oring replaced. Wiring demon was a coil wire hook up mismatch, retraced and all 4 work fine now, Idles great.

large Tstat o-ring at cover, crossover tubes or small ones going in to engine block? Have to take carbs off? :(

Thermostat bypass O-ring under t-stat housing. :x :x :x Carbs have to come off as well as the radiator and firewall, I think.I may be able to lift that housing up enough to replace it by just removing the carbs,we'll see. Starter solenoid is keeping starter engaged,needs to be replaces,as well as the flaky ignition switch. But is runs! I have a punch list hanging up in shop,and will start work this week on it. Greg is coming down Fri. night to pick up bike,since I want to ride down to Mid-Ohio and the BBQ. Greg will leave Sat. afternoon.
I also want to thank all parties involved in this build. You know who you are,and we will have a signboard on display with the bike thanking all those involved.
