eBay seller recommendation

I purchased a part from this seller a short time ago. When it arrived the part had some issues that I did not notice in the pics. sparkingdogg handled my issue immediately and issued a full refund plus return shipping and added $5 for my inconvenience. Now that's customer service.

Wow, that's impressive. Sellers on eBay have become a lot more conscious of good customer service since feedback is taken so seriously. Last spring I bought a part from someone there and when it came, it had some damage not shown in any pictures. It wasn't a show stopper, but I pointed it out to the seller. He apologized and offered to take it back or give me a partial refund. It all worked out in the end and I gave him top notch feedback for his great service.

I occasionally sell refinished parts on eBay and the last thing I want is a complaint.

I'd like to suggest that this become an active contribution by other members here as well. In September, I posted this regarding The Cycle Barn1. They also handled an issue for me with total professionalism. I suggest that when we recommend an eBay seller, we show a link to their store to make them easier to find.
