They should be able to find a formula that is close.
from there find a painter who knows how to tint.
He can adjust the formula to get an exact match.
But you will have to figure the extra materials into the cost of the job.
In my opinion what you say you want will cost between $600-1500 depending on which paint system used and your painters labor rate.
Expect to pay more for a very skilled professional.
