Thanks Duke. I was looking for something 'easy' to do on my yellow this Sunday and this is just the ticket.

this is a good call too .. is this better than common oil ??

I use the blue cable tool and spray silicone, works great, don't ever use wd40 or any penetrating oil of any kind...
