Your next problem, once you have verified that the guides need renewing, is finding the reamer to size the bores.
There is no such thing as a standard reamer in that size, either spiral or straight flute, so you have to use an adjustable reamer, which are by their very nature, straight flute. Straight flutes and cast iron are not a good match.
Not too much of a worry in any case, as the availability of new guides is approaching that of the bearing shells, so you won't need one.

I have two but neither go into such detail so as a manual are useless, relay. And you got me looking for a split ball tester? And I have found a couple some singular items, if you know the size you need and some kits, £60 for a kit of about 5 say from .125 up to .575 or just a get the one that covers the range.robin1731 wrote:That info is in the Honda manual.
