That is awesome. Awesomeness incarnate. Awesome manifested as awesome.

MAG-NI-FI-CENT !!!!!!!
This has to be the most pristine 'Wing on the planet - it is quite astonishing.
I always wished I could see what a GL1000 really looked like when new - now I know
By the way, I see there is a bolt on your stator cover, is that to lube your starter clutch ?

Masterful job indeed! It has to be the cleanest GL 1000 on the planet!
I think it's fair to say you took every piece apart on the bike, then put it all back together....quite ambitious!

Re: rudolphwolven Project goldwing
Towing my K1 backwards into my small garage (with a x-percent entrance-slope) with an electric (250/500 lbs) hobby-winch..............
....enabling me to remove my Lotus without the additional trouble of (re)moving the Goldwing each time..........
with a comfortable, relaxed speed of 8:2= 4 mtr./ min..........sitting on the bike, my feet on each side of the bike on the floor .......
Regards, Ruud
