hello, everyone, been trying to find this answer myself but to no avail, so ill ask directly…
does any know if the fake tank off of an 82 or 83 gl will fit an 86?
been looking for an answer to that for a while.

Yes, but you'll need to make your own mounts. It's not a bolt on and go.
Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.

Will the mounting brackets from the 83 work for that? Can I modify them for the job? If you get my meaning.
