First of all, thanks for all the feedback.
I may be dumb, but i don't think i'm stupid..
But i don't get it.
First, this is as much light as i get from the led flasher with the oem relay. I don't understand why it does not completéy light up.
Second, i got a flasher relay that says led and is good for 2 to 4 lamps. I tried to plug it in different paterns, but i can't get anything to light up. I plug "L" with the wire that was pluged on the "L" on the oem relay and the other wire on the "+". Nothing happened. Even the factory turn signal that is still hooked doesn't flash...
Can it be the relay that is not adequate for this application??

Are you testing it with the bike running? Ofyen signals will not flash with the engine off, and/or a weak battery

Do you refer specifically to the led one? Because the old turn signal will flash with the oem relay without the engine turning.
However, with the new relay, it won't flash (or light) at all. I'll go give it a try.

Ahhhh one of those LED's, those aren't necessarily plug and play like say leds that plug into an 1156 or 1157 socket even when using a solid state flasher. Is this LED turn signal being used as both a turn signal and running light? If so then that can be where the problem is. My youngest son installed a set of LED's like yours on his cbr600 and the front 2 were to be used as both turn signal and running light and in order to get it to work he had to use diodes (not resistors in this case) to keep the running light circuit separate from the turn signal circuit. I'm not an electronic whiz so I can't explain it any further but hopefully another member here who understands what I'm referring to can explain.

You might try getting a better ground with the turn signal. Mount it to the bike.

I got it!
The problem was two folds.
1. As Cyborg suggested, my battery was dying. So I changed it.
2. Wires. On the relay that was on the bike (a thermal one) I think the L ans the + were inverted. On the new relay, the L went to the + and the + to the L.
Another thing to note: the relay that was on the bike was a 2 prongs, but there was 3 wires coming out of the bike. The new relay is a 3 prongs, so I connected the remaining wire (a green one, so a ground) to the - prong.
So now it work! Now all I have to do is to build a bracket to attach the flashers, but to do that I have to modify the back fender, but to do that I have to...lol. It's never ending!

I'm now working on having the front ones to work.
I got the wires sorted out.
Light blue and LB with white stripe
Orange and orange with white stripe.
When I first try to connect them, they were ON all the time except when I turn the flassher ON. I guess that's because I connected the wire the wrong way.
Once I switched the wire, I was able to get them to flash, but only slightly. Not the whole led light lighted up, only 3 or 4...Bad ground?
Lastly, are the front flashers also "DAY LIGHT"? Should they be always ON when you turn on the bike?

I finally found out what was wrong with the front turn signals.
After looking at the wire diagram for the 1000th time, I realized that there are 3 wires connected to each turn signal on an Interstate. My aftermarket turn signal has only 2 wires. Something was wrong...
Then 82 aspy answered my questions and confirmed that the turn signal are also day running lights.
It's then I realized that in the original wires, one wire is for the day light, one for the turn signal and one for the ground.
So I connected the wire for the turn signal and I got ground from the green wire that grounds the headlight and Voila!
Pretty happy with myself!
