shocks,

#1

Post by Don R »

78gl1000 57,000 miles. My wife and I are a little heavier than we were once and now tote enough ballast that the center stand drags in off ramps and turns. My wife isn't a big fan of dragging things on the road. Anyway, I'm sure a good set of shocks and fresh springs would do wonders for it. I have progressives on the gs1100e swingarm on my kz1000, they act frozen on the kz, I need to check them out anyway so I'll try them at least for a test ride.
Other suggestions?

Hagon will tailor a shock to your requirements, taking all the weights and useage.

Here's the link: https://www.hagon-shocks.co.uk/

Hagon USA are no longer trading; don't know why.

For the moment, rather satisfied with those shock factory twins. Spring rates supplied according to your weight and main use (solo/duo)

Those look pretty nice. I wonder if there is a USA distributor?

I think they can ship overseas, the compagny was created by an englishman and a french guy, I understood that springs aremanufactured in england and machining is made in France (but I can be wrong . . .)
