gl1000 - air cut off valve

Hi all - when disabling the air cut off valve i notice there are 2 openings under the valve; are both of these openings blocked off when disabling. thxs kenai
2 - 1979 GL1000
1 - 1978
1 - 1977
1 for parts

No.
Leave that normally open, pilot air circuit unimpeded.

Blocking just the vacuum source path (the small diameter hose) from the #1 carburetor hose barb fitting, to the air cut valve diaphragm assembly is all you need to do.
