Baffle Removal

I've got the two big screws out of my stock 76 muffler tailpipes. Any tips to pull out the Baffles? its off the bike. Thanks

I've got a set of baffles,...but don't remember how I got them out
1978 custom GL1000
1977 custom with 1200 engine
1985 gl1200

I managed to remove baffles from one muffler.
Just remove the tail piece bolt and work the baffle loose.
Tried it on another muffler with no such luck.
Ended up trying to cut the baffle out.
They were stuck at the base of the tail piece.
After removal, I just ran without the baffles on both bikes, little difference in noise level.
