No idea if it's a good deal or not (not sure of how many of these are out there). I did however just sell one of these on eBay for $50 USD which I thought was asking a lot considering I almost threw it in the garbage, and it sold almost immediately. So there's that.

Yep, I replaced the complete pig of a unit that is the Dyna 3 with a nice, new, and clean Dyna S. The 3 has like 37 wires and a giant ugly black box. It's so much nicer looking under my left panel now.
