New member, old wrench turner
Good morning all. Traded another bike in exchange for a 83 GL1100 this summer and gave it a good "going through" since it was in need of a lot of maintanence. Swapped out the carbs for a single carb setup and managed to get 6k miles in despite the Chinese Penguin AIDS freakout. I've got a couple of questions which I'll ask in the appropriate sections.
