Thanks to 1CrazyMoFo we now have several of the service bulletins (and other docs) available for the GL1000. I have looked and not found them anywhere on the web (or anywhere else, until now. :) ) Of course they will be all over the web by tomorrow.

Bummer on SB#14...just torqued the head bolts to 40ftlb last Friday! :(
Well they were good for 35 years so I think I'll be ok for another ? years. ;)

Not that it would make any difference now, I don't recall getting the 'recall' on SB#13. I was THE owner back in '78...of course there have been many o' beers since then... anim-cheers1

All I did was buy an old Honda manual from a dealership sidewalk sale for 10 bucks and scan it.....Ron was the constant, annoying force that got it in viewable form and on to the pages of NGW!! respekt2

Frank, you hit a winner! I like the 1975 bulletin that tells you the bike smokes on startup. I think we knew that but they did a long time ago.

Ya, I lucked out an scored the Honda manual and an old Kaw manual for my GA 90 during the sale, because as it turns out a local motorcycle recycler ended up buying everything a couple of months later!!!
