Ok update: Battery tested good and charged. New spade connectors installed with new plastic connector. New Regulator/ rectifier installed. Old Regulator removed. Went for a ride. Bike started up initially w/ issue. I stopped and waited to restart. Issue not resolved. Then this first started I took the start button apart and cleaned out all the just. A new Stator was installed 7000 miles ago. What is the next logical place to look?

What is the voltage at the battery at 3000rpm? At idle?

Did you load test the battery?

I'd replace wiring (make sure it is heavy enough for the current), connectors, and the dogbone fuse (replace that with a plug-in 30 Amp and holder from the auto parts store). And while you are at it, clean and/or replace any other connectors/wires.
