I (finally) installed my folding workbench! It operates as it should, and will hold up my 210 pound butt, which makes me happy, happy, happy! I still need to install stops to lock in the bottoms of the supports, but it's definitely usable as is. 
Next up is modifying the lift table so it's 100% mobile. I need to be able to (relatively) easily turn the table 360 degrees (with a bike on it). I'm also going to modify the wheel clamp and a few other things.

Hauled the welder out of storage and started the caster modification. I cannibalized my not- so- successful home built table thinking that I would need to do some significant welding, but after measuring, cypherin,' measuring again, and cypherin' more, I decided that just drilling holes for the casters in the existing frame and living with an increase of 1 1/4 inches in loading height was much simpler. The larger casters make it much easier to roll. I did weld two tabs on the rear to install screw down feet to lock the table in place while in use.
I do have a few other mods in mind, but right now 'Daisy' (the 1200) will be occupying the shop for an alternator conversion and a few upgrades...
