Well, I replaced the water pump and the timing belts in the '81 last week, so I'm ready for the NGW run in September. Made myself a "hillbilly" bike lift so I didn't have to work on the ground. Made it from some existing lumber I had and my 1957 Ford tractor with a carrier on the back. Total cost was under $10, only because the bolts I had were not long enough.
