Anodizing
Does any one have eny experience with any of the spray on anodizing products out there? You know, the one's that come in a spray paint can and are supposed to give teh appearance of real anodizing?? Having some thoughts about playing around with engine appearence on the Wing.
A good bike mechanic only needs two tools, WD40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move, but should, use the WD40. If it does move but shouldn't use the duct tape.

Basically, as Blue Avenger states, it's kind of like enamel candyapple paint but not quite as tough as true anodizing.
Keep the sprayed on layers as thin as possible for better durability and try to find hi temp spray cans if you will be painting the engine. VHT, I believe, may have what you're looking for.
