Maybe you should have read the "Sticky" in the "FOR SALE" section.

It reads as follows:

NGW is a site for friends who enjoy vintage motorcycles, specifically the early Honda GL's. Often the friends here need things for their projects, and other friends have things they'd like to sell. Thus, the NGW Classified Ads section. This is a section for individual sellers and buyers only. No commercial advertisements are allowed, and will not be tolerated.
Since we are all friends here, you are expected to conduct youself honestly. This is the internet, so sellers are urged to obtain funds from buyers before shipping items. Sellers are also urged to give truthful representations of the items they list.
If disputes should arise, please do not "trash" one another in the forums. Notify NGW staff with your concerns in a PM, and we will try to contact the other member to set things right. Obviously, we can't promise to get your money refunded, of fix broken items, but dishonest members will find themselves banned, and their ads deleted. If appropriate, the administrator may issue a warning to the forum about dishonest practices.
