Fuel pump install. The '85 and '86 FI GWs have external fuel pumps that fit into a bracket that is secured at the right foot peg. Pic with new aftermarket fuel pump installed in bracket:

The only mod to the tank would be a return spigotand internal spout. The '85/'86 return has an internal spigot about 1 inch or so long so that the return fuel is directed into the centre of the tank for cooling of the return gas. This setup may be an option for you.

Thanks Rocket. I used the textured black in a few places to offset some of the gloss and satin. I think it creates more interest than of everything was the exact same black.

After not being happy with heat given off by the external driver of the led h4 bulb in the oem housing, I got a complete 7” Led light (from a jeep i believe). Fits the oem bucket well. Must say i like it....
